This latest community addition to Lakeway debuted in 2007, sporting 1,800 acres of planned residences and an upscale yet relaxed, resort-like quality. The community sports homes priced from $280,000 and up, breathtaking hill-country and lake views, a yacht club and marina, and the Grille at Rough Hollow. It also features a communal pavilion and concierge and seasonal valet services. Plans are to develop an amphitheater, pool, and fitness center, and residents are close to Lakeway’s various golf and tennis clubs.
There are several neighborhoods and many builders involved in this project with a goal of creating homes that are unique in size and style. The Bluffs at Rough Hollow was honored to be the host of the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin’s 2010 Parade of Homes. The homes featured in the tour ranged in price from $850,000 to $1.2 million. The community recently won MAX Awards “Best Overall Community Over 300 Units” prize by the local builders’ association.
