My educational background includes a National Merit Scholarship in high school, a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech and an MBA from Portland State University.

Out of college I moved to Portland, Oregon and worked as a mechanical engineer for a silicon wafer manufacturer for four years, which was just long enough to get my Professional Engineer's license. Then I had a long career selling a variety of equipment to companies in a multitude of industries, but primarily Semiconductor. There I sold ultra-high-purity gas valves and fittings, wafer-handling robots, minienvironments and more.

But after working as a salesman, I realized that representing the buyer's side of the transaction would be a much better fit for my personality. So, I started out my career in real estate as a buyers-only boutique agency when I got my license in 2005, and I have maintained that exclusivity ever since.

You see, I am a no-pressure guy who will never try to sell you anything. I advise my clients without selling them on a certain house or rushing them into what, for many, is the most important purchase of their lives. I have, however, strongly advised my clients from time to time to not buy a particular house or to pay a certain price. And I am always glad to give my opinion, if you want it.

I usually only work with two or three actively-looking clients at any one time. So unlike listing agents, who spend much of their day marketing their listing and themselves, I have the time to focus on serving my buyers' needs and monitoring the inventory of homes.

I have helped people find their perfect home in many parts of the Austin metro area including; Lakeway, South Austin, Round Rock, Liberty Hill, Point Venture, Barton Creek, Cedar Park, Old Enfield, Westlake, River Place, CircleC, Lake Pointe, Balcones, Spicewood, Dripping Springs, and multiple waterfront properties on Lake Austin and Lake Travis.

Several of my clients have purchased multi-million dollar homes over the years, the most expensive being $4,800,000. But my current clients are looking in the range of $500,000 to $1.5 million.
